no-one stays behind to help you pick up the pieces
and everyone thinks you're crazy
when you want the world to leave you alone
you feel worthless

when you hear the heartbreaking immortal word
N-O, after that, you just feel pathetic

Uttering every vowel
Sounding more and more beautiful
The way she seems isolated
Her soul screams for attention
Her eyes searching for love
The way she's always in my thoughts

But it's sad when she doesnt love me back

and you can't believe it's all too real

Your eyes cry for some tender loving care
You want his hands to flow gently through your soft hair
Your soul screams for some attention
You just want him to recognise your presence
